Refund Policy

• Full refund within 14 days of any charge, for any reason.
• Cancel anytime. Your access stays until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments and refunds are handled securely by our payment providers: lava.top (card), NOWPayments (crypto) and Telegram Stars.

If reps isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of a charge (your first payment or any renewal) and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days once approved.

Email contact@reps.trading from the address on your account, or open a ticket from Support. Tell us which charge you'd like refunded. If your request is within the 14-day window, it's approved without questions.

You can cancel at any time from Settings or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that. Cancelling on its own is not a refund: if you also want your money back, ask within the 14-day window above.

Outside the 14-day window we generally don't refund the unused part of a period, since your access continues until it ends. If something went wrong on our side, such as a duplicate charge or a billing error, contact us and we'll put it right.

Card subscriptions are processed by lava.top, cryptocurrency payments by NOWPayments, and Telegram Stars payments by Telegram. We never see or store your full card number. When a refund is approved, it is returned through the payment method you used: card refunds go back to your card, Telegram Stars are refunded through Telegram, and crypto refunds are sent to a wallet you confirm with us.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. If your local law gives you a stronger right to a refund, that right still applies.
