reps is a trading journal that helps you record trades and review your discipline: judging whether you followed your plan, not just whether a trade won. It is provided as a tool; the core journal is free, and some features are part of a paid plan.

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding agreement to use reps.

Keep your login credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You can review active sessions and sign out devices in Settings inside the app.

You own the trades, notes and other content you put into reps. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it so the app can work for you. Keep your content lawful and don't upload anything you don't have the right to.

Please don't:

• abuse, disrupt, or try to break the service or its security;
• scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the app;
• use it to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.

reps is not financial advice and does not guarantee any result. See the full Disclaimer. Trading carries a real risk of loss, and your decisions are your own.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost, so keep your own records of anything important.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, reps and its operator are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or risks harm to the service or others. You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings inside the app.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, give notice in the app. Continuing to use reps means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Where a specific jurisdiction is required for a dispute, it will be handled in good faith and, where possible, resolved directly with us first at contact@reps.trading.
